Emerald Cabin & Caravan Village is proud to offer pet friendly caravan and camping facilities in Emerald, Queensland. This policy outlines the conditions under which pets are permitted within the park to ensure the comfort, safety, cleanliness, and enjoyment of all guests.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all guests travelling with pets and staying at Emerald Cabin & Caravan Village.

3. Pet Friendly Accommodation
3.1 Pets Are Permitted
– Pets are welcome under the following conditions:
– On powered caravan sites
– On unpowered camping sites
– Within caravans, motorhomes, camper trailers, and tents
– When supervised by responsible owners at all times
– We are proud to provide a relaxed and spacious environment suitable for guests travelling with pets.

4. Restricted Areas
4.1 Pets Are Not Permitted
– Pets are strictly prohibited in the following areas:
– Inside park cabins
– Inside any fixed accommodation
– Inside amenities blocks
– Inside communal indoor areas
– Important: Pets are not permitted inside cabins under any circumstances. This policy ensures cabin accommodation remains hygienic, comfortable, and allergen-free for all guests.
– Guests travelling with pets must book powered or unpowered caravan or camping sites.

5. Pet Owner Responsibilities
– All pet owners must ensure their pets:
– Are kept on a leash at all times within the park
– Are well behaved and non-aggressive
– Do not cause noise or disturbance to other guests
– Are supervised at all times
– Have waste cleaned up immediately by the owner
– Owners are fully responsible for the behaviour and actions of their pets during their stay.

6. Compliance & Enforcement
– Management reserves the right to:
– Request immediate corrective action if pet rules are not followed
– Require removal of a pet from the park if it poses a risk, disturbance, or ongoing issue
– Terminate a guest’s stay in cases of serious or repeated breaches of this policy
– Our priority is maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests.

7. Policy Review
This policy may be updated at management’s discretion to ensure ongoing safety, comfort, and compliance.
