Welcome to Emerald Cabin and Caravan Village. By making a booking or using our facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Emerald Cabin and Caravan Village.

“You”, “Guest” refers to any person using our facilities, making a booking, or staying on the premises.

“Premises” refers to the land, cabins, caravan sites, and all facilities at Emerald Cabin and Caravan Village.

2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.

A deposit (or full payment) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

4. Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in: 10 AM
Standard check-out: 2 PM

Early check-in or late check-out may be requested and may incur extra charges.

Guests must vacate cabins and caravan sites by check-out time to allow cleaning and maintenance.

5. Cabins and Caravan Sites
Cabins:

• Maximum occupancy applies to each cabin; exceeding the limit may result in eviction.
• Guests must leave cabins in a clean condition. Damage or excessive cleaning required will incur additional charges.

Caravan Sites:

• Guests must provide a current registration for caravans.
• Vehicles must be parked within the designated site boundaries.
• Only one caravan per site unless prior approval is given.
• All caravans must comply with local safety regulations.

Utilities:

• Water and electricity are included unless specified otherwise.
• Generators may not be used without prior permission.

6. Facilities and Recreational Areas
BBQ and Picnic Areas:

• Guests must clean after use.
• Fires and cooking must only occur in designated areas.

Playgrounds and Sports Areas:

• Children must be supervised.
• Use equipment safely and at your own risk.

Parking:

• Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only.
• We are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of vehicles or contents.

7. Conduct and Behaviour
Guests must behave responsibly and respectfully toward other guests and staff.

Children must be supervised at all times, particularly in pools, playgrounds, and common areas.

Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings.

9. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect personal information for booking, billing, and operational purposes.

Personal information is stored securely and handled according to applicable privacy laws.

Photos or videos of the premises may be taken for promotional purposes; consent will be requested where appropriate.
